Cuddly Cthulhu: After a little (okay, very little) research, I've found that this is a doujinshi of "To Heart 2". There only exists one other page besides this one. It's a full-page picture of a loli in a one-piece school swimsuit being raped by four octopi. I can't post that one because this site prohibits lolis.
