Archanid: @MagicalGirlKlutz: I looked up Rachel Foley on the Resident Evil Wiki. I think this scene is supposed to be a different version of when Jill Valentine witnesses Rachel’s death.

As a side note, I don’t understand why any game designer would make a military/enforcement character, even a minor one, with hair covering her eyes. Seems impractical and would get in the way of combat.

spurgasburt - Considering how lovely they look pressed against the glass I would say it was the correct decision. Some well-rounded characters take to the literal side of things to the benefit of all.
